For site visit repairs please purchase this site visit call out. This purchase will confirm an allocated time slot for us to visit your place of business to repair or service your Roland printer.
Once purchased, we will contact you via the information provided at checkout to arrange a time and date that suites you.
Once on site our engineers will evaluate your printer and the problem your having.
we will give you estimated repair costs including any additional parts you may require, if the quote is accepted the work will be carried out and the remaining balance is to be paid via bank transaction within 7 days of completed work.
In some instances we may require payment for parts used before leaving site, this is based on the value of the parts used on your machine.
